Arlington County is fairing well and properties are retaining their values. Arlington's Rosslyn to Ballston corridor is highly sough-after and has seen an explosion of restaurants, retail and with multiply Metro stations position Arlington for continued growth.
Arlington has seen an influx of affluent and highly educated new residents over the last 10 years and it remains one of the most attractive locations for buyers and people to settle.
