John Eric is a California native but has lived in the Washington, D.C. area for over 18 years now. Prior to becoming a full time agent, John Eric worked in the worlds of print, radio and television advertising, marketing and media. Licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia, John specializes in the sale of upper bracket properties throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.

From private industry to government to the White House, John has worked with a number of the area's CEOs, business executives and political leaders. John Eric's attention to detail, total discretion and negotiating skills combined with his extensive media and marketing background have contributed to rapid growth and his stellar success.

Christine was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. Prior to arriving in the United States, Christine was a co-founder of a very successful venture in the fashion industry which catered to clients nationwide and throughout northern Europe. It was during this time that Christine mastered her negotiation, customer service and marketing skills which very effectively help to differentiate her in her current role as an estate agent.

Christine's luxury client service background and her extensive knowledge of the strategic real estate marketing process make here a valued asset to the buyers and sellers with whom she works. In addition to the Scandinavian languages, she is fluent in English and Spanish. Christine is licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Tomi Smith is a Washington, D.C. native and a member of the highly respected Brackeen family whose history is interwoven with that of the District of Columbia.

Tomi has lived and traveled abroad for a portion of her adult life while accompanying her husband during his military career.
